TRISCUIT Avocado Cream & Radish Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 fully ripe avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. EACH zest and juice from 1 lime
  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 3 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 24 sprigs baby watercress

Instructions

  • Mash  avocado with sour cream, lime zest and lime juice until blended.
  • Spread  onto crackers.
  • Cut  radish slices in half; place on crackers. Top with watercress.
