Triple-Berry Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) NEWTONS 100% Whole Grain Wheat Triple Berry Fruit Chewy Cookies, quartered
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 325°F.
  • Cut  strawberries into quarters, then cut raspberries in half. Combine fruit and cookies in 9-inch square pan.
  • Whisk  remaining ingredients until blended; pour over fruit mixture. Let stand 10 min.
  • Bake  55 min. or until center is set. Cool slightly.
