Roasted Pepper-Cheese Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup finely shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 24 RITZ Garlic Butter Crackers
  • 1/3 cup thin mixed roasted red and yellow pepper strips
  • 2 tsp. sliced fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Mix  Neufchatel cheese and mozzarella cheese until blended; spread onto crackers.
  • Top  with peppers.
  • Place  on baking sheet.
  • Bake  5 min.
  • Sprinkle  with basil.
