RITZ Lunchbox "Quesadillas" Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 RITZ Crackers
  • 1/2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 4 slices
  • 1 slice deli-style roasted turkey breast (1 oz.), cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 tsp. salsa
  • 4 tsp. chopped avocados
  • 2 lime wedges

Instructions

  • Top  4 crackers with cheese and turkey; cover with remaining crackers to make 4 sandwiches. Place in 2 lunchboxes.
  • Spoon  salsa into 2 small containers with lids. Add to lunchboxes. Repeat in separate containers with avocados, then lime wedges.
  • Refrigerate  until ready to head out the door.

Recipe Tips

NoteTo help prevent the chopped avocados from turning brown, toss them with a little lime juice before placing them in the containers.

Serving SuggestionServe with fresh fruit.
