Prosciutto & Melon Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 TRISCUIT Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 6 prosciutto slices (3 oz.), quartered
  • 12 cantaloupe balls (1 inch), cut in half

Instructions

  • Top  crackers with remaining ingredients.

Recipe Tips

NoteIf you don't have a melon baller, you can instead top crackers with the prosciutto slices and small 1/4-inch-thick cantaloupe slices.

Special ExtraGarnish each topped cracker with a fresh rosemary sprig.

NoteYou will need to use about 1/4 of a medium cantaloupe to get the 12 balls needed to prepare these simple, yet flavorful, snacks.
