NILLA Mini Fruit "Tarts" Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 oz. white baking chocolate, melted
  • 3/4 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 40 NILLA Wafers
  • 40 small raspberries
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest

Instructions

  • Mix  cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Stir in chocolate. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  • Cut  kiwi lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices.
  • Pipe  or spoon cream cheese mixture onto wafers. Garnish with fruit and zest.

Recipe Tips

SubstituteSubstitute your favorite fruit, such as strawberries, drained canned mandarin oranges and/or blueberries, for the raspberries and/or kiwi slices.

Special ExtraPrepare recipe as directed, stirring zest into cream cheese mixture. Microwave 1 or 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves or orange marmalade just until warmed; brush onto fruit. Sprinkle with additional lemon zest, if desired.

Make AheadCream cheese mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 1 week before using as directed.
