Grilled Mushroom & Goat Cheese Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. goat cheese
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 TRISCUIT Reduced Fat Crackers
  • 1 large cremini mushroom, cut into 4 slices, grilled
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped mixed green, red and yellow peppers

Instructions

  • Shape  cheese into 4 balls; flatten into 1-1/2-inch rounds.
  • Roll  edges in parsley; place on crackers.
  • Top  with vegetables. Serve immediately.
