Grilled "Fried" Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb.), skin removed
  • 25 RITZ Crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup  chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Heat  grill to medium-low heat.
  • Mix  mayo and garlic. Brush chicken with mayo mixture; coat with combined crumbs and parsley.
  • Grill,  covered, 15 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165ºF).

Recipe Tips

Variation Prepare using reduced fat mayonnaise and RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers.

SubstituteSubstitute chicken breast halves or legs for the thighs, adjusting cooking time as necessary until chicken is done.
