SubstituteSubstitute semi-sweet or white chocolate for the decorating icing. Place 1 oz. of chocolate in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Close bag tightly. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate is melted. Fold down top of bag tightly and snip a tiny piece off 1 corner (about 1/8 inch). Holding top of bag tightly, drizzle chocolate through opening over graham cracker.
