Easy OREO Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 26 OREO Cookies, divided
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted, divided
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1-1/4 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 400°F.
  • Crush  12 cookies finely; mix with 1 Tbsp. butter. Press onto bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie plate; stand remaining cookies around edge.
  • Whisk  eggs, milk and remaining butter in medium bowl until blended. Add sugars and flour; mix well. Stir in nuts; pour into prepared pie plate. Cover cookies around edge of pie with strips of foil to prevent them from overbrowning.
  • Bake  40 min. or until center of pie is set, reducing oven temperature to 350°F after 15 min. Cool completely.
