DIY TRISCUIT "Pizza" Bar Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1/2 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 12 pepperoni slices, cut in half
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Place  ingredients in separate small bowls. Invite your guests to top the crackers with their favorite combinations of ingredients.
  • Place  topped crackers on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake  3 to 5 min. or until heated through and/or cheese is melted.
