Deviled Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
  • 1 small canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce with 2 tsp. adobo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 24 uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1/3 cup guacamole

Instructions

  • Process  first 4 ingredients in food processor until smooth.
  • Cook  shrimp in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 1 min. on each side or until shrimp start to turn pink. Stir in tomato mixture. Bring just to simmer; cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Spread  crackers with guacamole; top with shrimp mixture.
