Creamy Mandarin Orange Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 container (5.7 oz.) vanilla nonfat Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, undrained
  • 24 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, quartered

Instructions

  • Beat  first 3 ingredients with mixer until blended.
  • Drain  oranges, reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid. Reserve 5 orange segments; chop remaining oranges.
  • Add  chopped oranges and reserved liquid to Neufchatel mixture; stir until blended. Spoon into serving bowl; top with reserved oranges. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Serve  with graham rectangles.

Recipe Tips

SubstituteServe with HONEY MAID Cinnamon Grahams or HONEY MAID Chocolate Grahams instead of the honey grahams.
