Chili Snack Mix Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups PREMIUM Mini Saltine Crackers
  • 1 can (11.5 oz.) mixed nuts
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 375ºF.
  • Combine  crackers and nuts in large bowl. Mix butter and seasonings. Drizzle over cracker mixture; toss to coat.
  • Spread  onto bottom of foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pan.
  • Bake  10 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring after 5 min. Cool.

Recipe Tips

Special ExtraFor a burst of flavor, add 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) to cracker mixture along with the other seasonings.
