Baked Apricot Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  •  RITZ Crackers

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix  cream cheese spread and cheddar in medium bowl until blended. Add sour cream and apricots; mix well.
  • Spread  onto bottom of 3-cup baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with nuts.
  • Bake  25 to 30 min. or until nuts are lightly toasted and spread is heated through.
  • Serve  with crackers.

Special ExtraFor a spicier spread, add 2 Tbsp. mango chutney to the cream cheese mixture before spreading onto bottom of baking dish and baking as directed.
