Bacon-Guacamole Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled, divided
  • 2 fully ripe avocados
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1 large fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  •  WHEAT THINS Original Snacks

Instructions

  • Reserve  1 Tbsp. bacon. Mash avocados in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS; mix well.
  • Refrigerate  1 hour.
  • Sprinkle  with reserved bacon. Serve with the WHEAT THINS.

Recipe Tips

NotePlace both avocado pits in the guacamole before refrigerating. This will help prevent the guacamole from turning brown.
