3-Pepper Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses
  • 2 Tbsp. drained chopped canned jalapeño peppers
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  •  RITZ Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix  all ingredients except crackers until blended.
  • Refrigerate  1 hour.
  • Serve  with crackers.

Variation To serve as a hot spread, heat oven to 350°F. Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers.
